Job Title: Advanced Nursing Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Lorn & Islands Rural General Hospital in Oban, Scotland.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and patients. They will also have a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

The role will involve working as part of a dynamic and supportive team, providing advanced nursing care to patients in a hospital setting. The successful candidate will be expected to work flexibly and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced nursing care to patients in a hospital setting
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
  • Contribute to the development of the nursing team and the hospital's overall goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a current practicing certificate
  • Postgraduate qualification in Advanced Nursing Practice or equivalent
  • Experience of working in a hospital setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances
