Job Title: School Staff Nurse

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Staff Nurse to join our team in Oban, Lorn & Isles Children and Families Health Team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Nurse to work in partnership with our team, providing high-quality care to children and families in our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the delivery of health visiting and school nursing pathways, including child health screening and health improvement programs.
  • Work collaboratively with multi-professional teams to provide effective and efficient care.
  • Manage time and workload effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and community partners.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve health outcomes for children and families.
Requirements:
  • NMC registration as a Nurse.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in IT and processing skills.
