Advanced Practice Nurse

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Lorn & Islands Rural General Hospital in Oban, Scotland.
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified and practicing Advanced Nurse Practitioner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading clinical teams, and contributing to the development of nursing practice.
The role is rotational, working 37 hours per week, and offers a unique opportunity to work in a modern, well-equipped hospital in a stunning location. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and colleagues, and contribute to the development of nursing practice in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, leading clinical teams and contributing to the development of nursing practice.

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with a Master's degree in Advanced Practice.
- Experience in a clinical leadership role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
