Care and Support Professional Opportunity

Practice Plus Group is seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our Primary Care team at HMP YOI Foston Hall. As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll work closely with our registered nurses to deliver high-quality care to patients in a secure environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibilities will include:
- Implementing care plans in accordance with instructions and training received
- Providing support to registered nurses in delivering high-quality care
- Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
To succeed in this role, you'll need NVQ level 2/3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care, a non-judgmental and compassionate approach to patient care, excellent communication skills, good IT skills and IT literacy, and the ability to work within a busy environment.
