Strategic Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Account Manager to join our Amazon Global Selling Korea team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Korea-based strategic sellers on Amazon Global marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with strategic sellers to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to maximize their presence on Amazon.
  2. Work closely with business and product teams to understand sales trends and develop recommendations to drive business growth.
  3. Develop a thorough understanding of industry categories, seasonality, and global business trends to inform strategic decisions.
  4. Monitor competitor and industry development to stay ahead of the competition.
  5. Deliver results-driven solutions and demonstrate a bias for action and ownership.
About the Team:

Our Amazon Global Selling team exists in 11+ countries and exceeds 40% of total Amazon unit sales. We are committed to delivering a best-in-class e-commerce experience for customers on Amazon. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will play a critical role in achieving this vision by partnering with Korea-based strategic sellers to drive their business growth on Amazon.

Basic Qualifications:
  1. 3+ years of professional or military experience.
  2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals.
  2. Excellent client relationship management skills.
  3. Success in optimizing seller needs and resolving conflicts/issues.
