Senior Business Performance Operations Manager

S&P Global Market Intelligence is seeking a Senior Business Performance Operations Manager to lead the Business Performance Operations team. This team is responsible for supporting initiatives that span the organization, such as VCO and SCAP reporting, and Vendor Management. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management within ES and partners across the broader Market Intelligence division and SPGI organization to analyze results and identify opportunities to drive operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape business processes across a billion-dollar portfolio
  • Work closely with senior management to analyze results and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Direct and support user training on operational changes
  • Organize and orchestrate business reviews at the ES level and external to ES
  • Address issues impacting revenue and margin performance across ES
  • Analyze and resolve complex, non-routine analytical or business problems

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to link activities to clear business outcomes
  • Budgeting and financial tracking experience
  • Demonstrated project management experience
