Join Our Team as a Bar and Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar and Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Malmaison Edinburgh City. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable dining experience.

About the Role

This is a permanent part-time contract, working 10 hours per week. You will be the face of the restaurant and bar, controlling the flow and communicating with the kitchen and management team to ensure a smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar and restaurant
  • Lead a team of hospitality staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Control the flow of guests and ensure a smooth dining experience
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and management team
  • Ensure high standards of food and drink quality

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Able to work a range of shifts and days, including evenings and weekends
