Bar & Restaurant Supervisor Role

We are seeking a skilled Bar & Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Radisson Blu Edinburgh Hotel. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring the smooth operation of our bars and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the food and beverage team in delivering high standards of service and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Lead by example, setting a positive tone and promoting a culture of excellence within the team
  • Work proactively to ensure the smooth running of the food and beverage department, including managing inventory, scheduling, and staff performance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create memorable experiences for our guests, exceeding their expectations and building loyalty
