Job Title: Management Systems Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Management Systems Coordinator to join our quality management team at oilandgas. This key role involves ensuring the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of our quality management systems (QMS) in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • QMS Governance: Regularly review and update QMS policies, procedures, and work instructions to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Audit and Certification Management: Facilitate external audits, product testing, and certifications, tracking findings and ensuring resolution. Plan and conduct internal audits, follow up on corrective actions, and verify implementation before closure.
  • Training and Certification Management: Track and maintain training and certification records for Quality and Operations personnel, including key vendor personnel.
  • Document Control: Manage controlled documents, ensure version control, and distribute updated quality-related documentation to partners.
  • Production Support: Provide daily reports, handle PO requisitions, coordinate vendor payments, and assist with customer surveys.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2-5 years in quality management or a related role.
  • Skills: Experience in coordinating, auditing, product certifications (e.g., ISO 9001/ ASME/ NB/API/ ABS/DNV), proficiency in QMS software and tools.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, dental and vision coverage, Employee Assistance Program, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and more.
