Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Nurse Specialist to join our team at Allfor Care Services Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to infants, children, and adolescents in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough assessments of children's health needs and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with families and other healthcare professionals.
* Administer medications, perform procedures such as venipuncture or catheterization, and monitor vital signs.
* Educate families about health issues, disease prevention, nutrition, and the management of chronic conditions.
* Provide emotional support to children and their families during hospital stays or outpatient visits.
* Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, social workers, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

* 1 year of nursing experience
* NMC registration
* Driving license (preferred)
