At Pharmaxo, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Homecare Nurse to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity for a registered nurse to provide direct patient care and administer medications in various settings, including clinics, residential accommodations, patients' homes, schools, or work environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform patient observations to ensure fitness for treatment
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to the medical team
  • Provide compassionate support to patients and families
  • Educate patients and their families to promote understanding and independence
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure patient confidentiality
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to prioritize patient safety

We offer a competitive salary of £36,000 per annum, based on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including a car allowance up to £6,465 per annum or entry to a salary sacrifice scheme, 33 days holiday, and annual bonuses.
