We are seeking a skilled Culinary Team Member to join our team at Mecca Bingo Venue in Luton. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of quality and safety in food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to Mecca brand standards
  • Work efficiently to minimize food wastage and maintain a clean kitchen environment
  • Ensure daily and weekly food safety checks are completed and due diligence record keeping is up to date
  • Support a productive and efficient working environment and work as part of a team
  • Follow kitchen open and close down procedures at the beginning and end of each shift
  • Ensure safety in the kitchen and back of house area, specifically with regards to food hygiene standards and the health and safety of employees and guests
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a culinary or food preparation setting
  • Flexible in working shifts and as per business requirements
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety guidelines
