About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join Optima Health as a Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist, working closely with our clients and their employees to deliver high-quality occupational health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of employees' functional capacities, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted rehabilitation plans.
  • Provide expert advice on workplace modifications, ergonomics, and rehabilitation programmes to promote optimal recovery and return to work.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective health and wellbeing strategies.
Requirements
  • A BSc in Occupational Therapy or a related field is essential, alongside full registration with the HCPC.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in occupational health, is highly desirable.
  • You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, employees, and colleagues.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with 25 days annual leave, a pension scheme, health cash plan, and career progression opportunities.
