Customer Technical Manager

We are seeking a Customer Technical Manager to provide dedicated technical service to internal and external customers, ensuring product quality and customer compliance with customer standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure product safety, legality, and quality to protect the business and customer requirements.
- Lead innovation, quality improvement projects, and new product development (NPD).
- Maintain accurate customer specifications and communicate technical policies to internal teams and suppliers.
- Support the technical agenda in line with MorePeople's business objectives.
- Use data to monitor performance and ensure the business is meeting "fit to supply" standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing product quality, food safety, and compliance.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Formal qualification in food science or agronomy preferred.
