Customer Technical Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Technical Manager to join our team at MorePeople. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing dedicated technical service to internal and external customers, ensuring product quality and customer compliance with customer standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with key customers, including M&S and Ocado, to ensure product quality and customer compliance.
- Support the business with technical innovation and continuous improvement, leading innovation, quality improvement projects, and new product development (NPD).
- Maintain accurate customer specifications and communicate technical policies to internal teams and suppliers.
- Use data to monitor performance and ensure the business is meeting "fit to supply" standards.
- Proven experience in managing product quality, food safety, and compliance.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
- Formal qualification in food science or agronomy preferred.
