Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at djs executive search limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and development through the creation of new clients, enhancing the customer base, and expanding industry verticals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop a sales budget and market strategy
  • Develop strategic partnerships with manufacturers, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Deliver sales presentations to prospects and convert opportunities to sales
  • Develop and present market sector reports for new verticals, technologies, products, and services with recommendations
  • Mentor sales personnel to enhance skills and improve performance
Requirements:
  • Graduate standard with experience in sales management or commercial business development
  • Proven track record of delivering successful business development initiatives that achieve sales growth targets
  • Previous dealings with data centers and critical infrastructure verticals would be beneficial
  • Advanced negotiation skills
  • Ability to be analytical, strategic, and results-driven with a strong commitment to success and excellence
  • Strong customer focus and outstanding organizational skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications
