Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting fire door inspections, maintenance and installations across various sectors including private residential, high rise local authorities, office and commercial, schools, care homes, hotels, historic buildings and NHS.


Key Performance Indicators
  1. Generating circa £1m in revenue
  2. Selling directly to end users and developing new business partnerships
  3. Focusing on framework partnerships with dedicated contractors working on student accommodation projects

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • 3+ years of field sales experience in the doors, joinery industry and fire stopping
  • A proven track record of selling into end users, main contractors and surveyors
  • New business hunting skills to generate and engage with business partners
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to execute an effective sales strategy

Salary and Benefits

This is a lucrative opportunity with a salary range of £45,000-£50,000 + uncapped commission up to £15,000 per annum, plus a £400 per month car allowance and benefits package.
