About the Role

We are currently seeking a Fire Door Services Business Development Representative to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled sales professional to sell fire door inspections, maintenance, and installations to a variety of customers.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of field sales experience in the doors, joinery industry, and fire stopping, with a proven track record of selling into end-users, main contractors, and surveyors across various sectors.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000-£50,000 + uncapped commission, with additional benefits such as a car allowance and other perks. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to earn circa £1m in revenue.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be an autonomous sales professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have the ability to execute an effective sales strategy and generate new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Sell fire door inspections, maintenance, and installations to end-users, local authorities, main contractors, and customers within various sectors.
  • Generate new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets and achieve a strong level of customer satisfaction.
