Job Description

Lovell is a leading UK provider of mixed tenure affordable homes. We seek a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our East Midlands team.

This is a site-based role involving financial cost control and reporting for one or more developments from Award up to completion of client and sub-contract final accounts, recovery/discharge of all retentions, and completion of archive material.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Financial cost control and reporting
  • Administration of subcontractor accounts
  • Identification of commercial threats to projects
What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles and practices
