About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial Team. In this role, you will support the team in carrying out normal commercial and contractual duties, assist operational teams as required, comply with company values, and ensure maximum recovery of contractual entitlement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Commercial Team to ensure compliance with company systems, processes, and procedures on contracts.
  • Work within strict deadlines required under contracts and as needed by the company.
  • Financial monitoring and reporting of assigned contracts.
  • Assist in establishing suitable construction contracts with clients to meet procurement needs.
  • Preparation of accurate financial statements for assigned contracts.
  • Assist with commercial completion of contracts, including maintaining contemporary records for supporting claims, extensions of time, and evaluation of variations.
  • Manage subcontractor appointments and ongoing management, including payment applications and final accounts.
