Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic team at Hickory's Smokehouse. As a key member of our culinary brigade, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence and working towards becoming a Head Chef yourself.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and preparation
  • Lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve excellent customer service

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Junior Sous Chef or equivalent
