Payroll Manager

At TJX Europe, we're seeking a highly skilled Payroll Manager to join our team. As a key member of our payroll function, you will be responsible for the management and development of our payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate payrolls across all of TJX Europe.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the payroll team and third-party service providers to deliver high-quality payrolls.
- Develop and implement efficient payroll processes, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure payroll operations are running smoothly.
- Provide expert advice on payroll-related matters, ensuring accurate and timely compliance with statutory requirements.
- Proven experience in payroll management, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of payroll systems and processes, with experience of implementing and managing payroll solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
