About the Role

The Children\u2019s Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estates Manager to join our Estates Team. This role will report directly to the Head of Estates and Health & Safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the operational estate team, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Monitor and manage the estates function, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Estates and Health & Safety to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in estate management, with a strong understanding of regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
