Job Description

As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for running the kitchen, driving the food culture, and keeping your team and customers engaged with exciting new dishes. You will work closely with the Head Chef to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub, or hotel at junior sous, sous, or kitchen manager level
  • A positive attitude and passion for creating culinary masterpieces
