About the Opportunity

Our client is dedicated to transforming society through education and increasing equality of opportunity for those denied it. As the Global Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting their mission by ensuring financial sustainability and contributing to life-changing education programmes.

The Role

You will oversee financial operations across the UK and overseas offices, leading budgeting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and oversee bookkeeping for the UK office and consolidated financial accounts from overseas offices.

Additional responsibilities include leading the annual audit process, supervising finance staff overseas, providing capacity-building support, and contributing to long-term financial planning and strategic decision-making.

About You

To be considered, you will need a professional accounting qualification and significant experience in financial management, including managing financial operations across multiple countries. You should have experience with bookkeeping, particularly in small teams, and excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-cultural teams.

You should have strong knowledge of charity accounting, audit processes, and statutory requirements. Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software is also required.
