Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team in the South Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our technically advanced products to industrial users, installers, and distributors in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the OEM and distribution channels, while maintaining existing customer relationships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales and profit targets.
- Engage with prospects and effectively communicate our value proposition to meet customer requirements and performance standards.
- Participate in annual planning and sales forecasting processes.
- Conduct market research and gather intelligence on product performance and sales trends.
- Report sales performance and market insights to the sales team and management.
- Collaborate with the technical department to resolve customer issues and improve product performance.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in the industrial coatings or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the South Area market and customer base.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs.
