Job Description

First Point Group is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead the growth of our agricultural sales division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling cloud-based services to operators and carriers in the UK.

To excel in this role, you must have a deep understanding of the agricultural industry and the ability to develop and execute a sales strategy that meets our business objectives.

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets for agricultural products and services in the UK market.
  • Develop Strategic Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders in the agricultural industry, including farmers, suppliers, and distributors.
  • Lead a High-Performing Team: Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay Ahead of the Competition: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the agricultural industry.
  • Communicate Effectively: Develop and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a focus on agricultural products and services.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the agricultural industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
