About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Agriculture Sales Coordinator to join our team at Flexjet LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the agricultural industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or Exceed Sales Objectives: Manage sales for the assigned region to meet or exceed forecasted sales numbers.
  • Develop Market Strategies: Determine market strategies and goals for each product and service to drive sales growth.
  • Lead Generation: Evaluate product and service marketability in terms of customers' travel needs and follow up on and develop sales leads.
  • Industry Knowledge: Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and technical developments that affect target markets.
  • Communication: Coordinate with marketing and sales support staff to establish communication paths with the customer to ensure sales opportunities for products and services.
  • Data Management: Maintain data files on prospective clients and up-to-date awareness of activities, industry trends, and government regulations.
  • Travel and Events: Attend tradeshows, sales calls, and networking events to raise awareness of Flexjet, build relationships, and promote products within the region.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Participate in sales forecasting and planning, including research, development, and maintenance of long- and short-range sales plans.
  • Expense Reports: Maintain expense reports and T&E budget.
  • Company Support: Contribute and support the Company's Safety Risk Management, Security, and Quality systems.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree and/or extensive years in field sales, sales support, or executive experience.
  • Experience: Experience in aerospace field sales and some experience with high-value or luxury goods/services.
  • Skills: Highly proficient in business writing skills necessary to create various reports and correspondence, interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with potential and existing customers, sales force, and senior management.
  • Travel Requirements: Occasional travel to the United States and continental Europe required as necessary to grow market share and brand awareness.
