Job Title: Agriculture Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our Sales, Logistics, and Training functions in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for devising and implementing sales strategies, contributing to our overarching brand strategy, and setting sales targets for the company.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales managers to assess company performance against key performance indicators.
  • Present sales results to the Managing Director on a regular basis.
  • Host and present to retail partners at quarterly meetings.
  • Implement sales strategies across the company and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure the Sales team is equipped to meet sales targets.
  • Oversee the performance management of the Sales, Logistics, and Training teams.
Requirements:

We are looking for a highly experienced Sales Director with a strong commercial outlook and entrepreneurial approach to business development. You will have a proven track record of achieving sales growth and delivering outstanding results. Your in-depth understanding and experience of the retail environment, customer relationships, and customer experience lifecycles will be essential in forging excellent relationships with retail partners.

You will have excellent leadership skills, with experience of recruiting, developing, and managing Sales teams to inspire outstanding performance. Your sense of ownership and pride in your performance will be crucial in driving the company's success.
