SALES AND BUSINESS GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Consultant to join our team at ARC Group. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Business to Business sales and a strong desire to drive business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate new business opportunities through targeted sales and marketing efforts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics to drive business growth
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform business decisions

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Business to Business sales
  • Strong sales and service skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full driving licence
  • Desire for career progression and business growth
