Electrical Production Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Production Operative to join our team in Welwyn Garden City. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a longstanding client and potentially secure a permanent position after 12 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture mechanical and electrical components, sub-assemblies, and products following standard operating procedures and company work instructions.
- Maintain excellent standards of housekeeping across the site, adhering to the 5S policy.
- Perform in-process and final product testing as part of the manufacturing process.
- Ensure quality meets the required standards by Quality Assurance Procedure.
- Assist with general duties in the Production and Dispatch areas.
- Carry out quality 1st and last off inspections to ensure high standards are met.
- Follow the Health and Safety policy at all times to ensure the safety of all staff.
About the Role:
This Electrical Production Operative role offers a competitive hourly rate of £85 for Monday to Friday work after 40 hours, and £85 for all hours worked on Saturdays. The position is temporary to permanent, with the potential to secure a permanent position after 12 weeks.
