Product Introduction Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Product Introduction Technician to join our team in Hatfield. As a Product Introduction Technician, you will be responsible for assessing and problem-solving Alstom products on site, ensuring their availability while providing technical knowledge to subcontractors and the wider project team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting during product introduction periods, including pre-warranty and commissioning
- Carrying out fleet check activities
- Reporting and registering any failures or events within the database
- Ensuring on-site EHS and security rules are adhered to
Requirements:
- Certified Technician or Undergraduate in a technical area (mechanical or electrical/electronics)
- Technical troubleshooting/investigation/testing experience (mechanical or electrical/electronic)
- EHS knowledge and exposure
Desirable:
- Project knowledge
- IT knowledge
- Ability to work autonomously
