Role Summary:

The Product Introduction Technician will be responsible for assessing and problem-solving Alstom products on site, ensuring their availability while providing technical knowledge to subcontractors and the wider project team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot during the product introduction period, including pre-warranty and commissioning
  • Carry out fleet check activities
  • Report and register any failures or events within the database
  • Ensure on-site EHS and security rules are adhered to
