About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Engineer to lead our Kilmarnock Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse fleet of vehicles, plant, and buildings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of engineers in maintaining and repairing a fleet of vehicles
  • Manage plant and buildings to ensure optimal performance
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure excellent service delivery
