Fleet Maintenance Manager

Salary: From £50,000 per annum + £1,500 Joining Bonus
We're seeking a seasoned Fleet Engineer to lead our Kilmarnock Engineering team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse fleet of vehicles, plant, and buildings. Your expertise in team management and resource allocation will be crucial in ensuring excellent service delivery.
As a Fleet Engineer, you'll oversee a dedicated team of engineers who maintain and repair our modern fleet of 82 vehicles. With a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, you'll ensure that our vehicles are presented to the highest standards. You'll have autonomy over resource management, stock, and people, with support from our training and development programs.
