Fleet Maintenance Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Fleet Engineer to lead our Kilmarnock Engineering team, responsible for maintaining and repairing a diverse fleet of vehicles, as well as managing plant and buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a dedicated team of engineers in maintaining and repairing a modern and varied fleet of 82 vehicles.
- Manage resource allocation, stock, and personnel to ensure vehicles are presented to high standards.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.
- Provide training and development opportunities to team members.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing teams and leading engineering operations.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
