About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Associate Marketplaces Director to join our team at Visualsoft, a leading eCommerce provider. As a key member of our Marketplaces team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, working with them on marketplace strategy and growth across multiple platforms, including Amazon and eBay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing strategic guidance and support to drive growth and success on marketplaces.
  • Develop and execute marketplace strategies, leveraging expertise in external marketplace platforms and tools, analytics, forecasting, and measurement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute client training opportunities, ensuring clients have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed on marketplaces.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our marketplace services.
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure their success on marketplaces.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketplaces, with a strong understanding of Amazon and eBay platforms and tools.
  • Expertise in developing and executing marketplace strategies, with a focus on driving growth and revenue.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with the ability to interpret and apply data to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines to deliver results.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to complex problems.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience in other digital media channels, such as social media or email marketing.
  • Confidence using Google Suite tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Ads.
