Travel Retail - Fragrance Specialist

Key Responsibilities and Standards

  1. Drive Sales Growth

• Achieve sales targets through effective customer engagement and product knowledge.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.

• Stay up-to-date with product launches and events to maximize sales opportunities.

  1. Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

• Provide prompt, polite, and efficient service to customers at all times.

• Adhere to the Tom Ford Beauty service standards and maintain a high level of professionalism.

• Communicate product expertise and provide personalized recommendations to customers.

  1. Personal Grooming and Appearance

• Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and adhere to Tom Ford Beauty's grooming guidelines.

• Wear the Tom Ford Beauty uniform and maintain it in a clean and professional condition.

• Wear only Tom Ford Beauty products during working hours.

  1. Teamwork and Collaboration

• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

• Communicate information to colleagues and the Account Coordinator as needed.

• Maintain high standards of time-keeping to ensure team efficiency.

  1. Housekeeping and Maintenance

• Clean and maintain the counter, tester stands, and displays to maintain the Tom Ford Beauty brand image.

• Merchandise the counter according to brand guidelines.

• Adhere to brand hygiene standards and utilize selling/demonstration tools correctly.

  1. Administration and Reporting

• Complete administration accurately, legibly, and on time, including personal retail sales reporting.

• Complete any other specific administration required by the Account Coordinator.

• Carry out any other duties as may be required to support the Counter/Business Manager, the Account Coordinator, and/or the Company.

Qualifications

• Previous retail industry/guest services experience is desirable (preferably within beauty).

• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.

• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.

• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable.

• Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview.
