Your passion for beauty and fragrance will be the driving force behind delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring that each client feels pampered and indulged.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to customers, recommending products that meet their individual needs and preferences.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Tom Ford's product range, including fragrances, skincare, and makeup.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create engaging in-store events and promotions, driving sales and brand awareness.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met, maintaining a high level of store presentation.

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for beauty and fragrance, with a desire to continuously develop your knowledge and skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
