Key Responsibilities:- Respond to inbound sales enquiries in a professional and polite manner
- Provide an excellent standard of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Complete documentation and general data entry tasks with high accuracy
- Provide operational support to the Sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
- Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and contracts with attention to detail
- Monitor customer orders and provide regular updates, ensuring timely delivery
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, maintaining a high level of professionalism
- Prepare and issue invoices, maintaining accurate records
- Experience working in an office-based role, with a strong administrative background
- Excellent administrative and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Proficiency in computer systems, with the ability to learn new software quickly
