Temporary Sales Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis for 12 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, processing orders, and assisting with warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process sales orders in a timely and accurate manner, liaising with internal and external suppliers as needed.
  • Produce sales invoices and clear purchase invoices efficiently.
  • Assist with warehouse duties, including receipting and picking and packing of goods as required.
  • Contribute to material requirement planning (MRP) to ensure suitable stock levels.
Requirements:
  • Effective time management and commercial awareness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with system training provided.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to write clear business letters and emails.
