Key Responsibilities:
- To provide exceptional support to customers and internal teams to ensure any Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or Service Level Agreements (SLAs) on accounts are met.
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer data.
- To complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as assigned to support large national customers.
- To provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls during peak periods or as assigned to overflow.
- To upload documents to customer-specific portals in line with their contract requirements.
- To identify opportunities to improve processes and implement efficient solutions using knowledge of business software.
