About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Support Administrator to join our team at our offices in Hampshire. As a key member of our team, you will provide a positive, professional, and seamless link between all members of the management team and support all staff working on the account.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procure parts, materials, or contracted services required by Wates and Client team, including obtaining pricing for quotes as requested by the site Account Manager or Supervisor.
  • Administer cash processes required by Wates and Client, including management of accounts payable workflows and financial housekeeping activities.
  • Administer and manage compliance records and documentation through ACT, Client systems, and logbooks held on site.
