Job Title: Associate Director of EU Engagement

We are looking for an experienced Associate Director of EU Engagement to join our Government Affairs team in Brussels.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Government Affairs, Europe and Americas, to develop and execute the Bank's EU engagement strategy.

This role requires a deep understanding of European Union institutions and policymaking, as well as a proven ability to deliver high-level engagement programmes.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute the Bank's EU engagement strategy, working closely with the Head of Government Affairs, Europe and Americas.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams to align on policy, regulatory, and thematic priorities.
  • Monitor and track relevant policy and political developments, including government-to-government diplomatic meetings.

Requirements:

  • University degree, preferably in Legal, Journalism, Public Relations, Political Science, or International Relations.
  • Experience in European Union institutions and policymaking in the EU and across EU member states.
  • Strong track record in delivering high-level engagement programmes.

  • A competitive salary: €90,000 - €120,000 per annum.
