NHS Healthcare Assistant Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a healthcare assistant. The successful candidate will support the clinical team, assist with administrative tasks, and provide excellent patient care.
The role involves working closely with the clinical team, handling confidential information, and maintaining accurate records. Knowledge of System One Clinical System would be beneficial, but full training will be provided.
Main Responsibilities
The key duties of the job include:
- Assisting the clinical team with day-to-day operations
- Managing patient records and updating files
- Handling patient queries and concerns
- Supporting the administrative team with tasks and projects
- Conforming to NHS policies and procedures
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting or administration role
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is £19,000 - £23,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
