Hybrid Role Opportunity

This position combines the skills of a Registered Nurse with the opportunity to develop assessment and coaching techniques.

The successful candidate will work as an autonomous practitioner, assessing clients through face-to-face and telephone interviews.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand how conditions impact daily living
  • Collaborate with clients to discuss their needs and create tailored plans
  • Document findings and recommendations for healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD)
  • Minimum 1 year post-registration experience in the NHS or private healthcare sector
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills
  • Proficiency in IT systems and typing
