Job Description:

As a Homeless Healthcare Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to individuals experiencing homelessness in Hull. The role involves providing clinical and therapeutic treatments, as well as promoting health outcomes through physical and psycho-social assessments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience of working within drug and alcohol treatment. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with community teams and voluntary organisations.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £42,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days holiday, paid 'Wellness' hour, contributory pension scheme, and annual reimbursement of your NMC fee.
