Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Worker to join our Cheshire East Emergency Duty Team. In this role, you will provide critical support and intervention services to children, families, and vulnerable adults across the borough.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct thorough risk assessments in complex cases and carry cases to completion whenever possible.
  2. Work closely with partner agencies and daytime colleagues to ensure seamless, holistic support and intervention.

Requirements

  • A professional qualification in social work (Degree in Social Work).
  • Social Work England registration (SWE Registration).
  • Post-qualified experience.
  • An Enhanced DBS/Update service.
  • References from the last 5 years of employment.
