Job Overview

As a Transformational Change Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Group has an effective Product & Transformation function which meets the requirements of the business and delivers both BAU change as determined by the business unit sponsors and transformational change as determined by the Group Executive Committee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning: Ensure there are appropriate planning forums in place to create a strategic change plan in support of the overall business strategy. Prioritise new initiatives with clear business cases, align change delivery to strategic objectives and track cost/benefit. Establish a Transformation Office capability to manage delivery against one single transformation delivery plan for the firm.
  • Business Engagement, Innovation and Communication: Deliver on the vision for change through clear, coordinated, and well-understood change delivery. Accountable for business engagement and regular change communications. Provide complete and accurate management information regarding progress of change delivery.
  • Governance: Ensure a clear risk appetite for all change delivery. Attend and actively participate in the Transformation Office Programme Board Meeting. Prepare and submit adequate management information to the Group Executive Committee. Lead and control budgeting, headcount planning, and tracking. Ensure clear business case delivery and financial benefit tracking is in place.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in Product, programme, and portfolio management. Strong analytical and planning skills with independent, objective, and process-oriented working methods. Excellent business engagement skills with ability to lead by example to create a culture of high expectation and performance.
  • PMI/MSP/PMP (or equivalent) certification desired.
