Job Description

The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Marketing for Marsh Specialty UK, FINPRO sales leaders, and business development team to develop and execute a marketing strategy that drives commercial success. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, and event marketing.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to bring the full value of FINPRO and MMC products, solutions, and expertise to clients.
  • Working with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Managing the marketing budget to ensure effectiveness and ROI.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant Marsh policies and applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working in a corporate matrixed B2B marketing environment.
  • Strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills at senior executive levels.
  • Marketing generalist experience, with a clear track record in digital marketing and analytics.
  • Experience in building B2B brands and delivering integrated campaigns.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

What We Offer

GB010 Marsh Corporate Services offers a competitive salary in the range of £80,000 - £110,000, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including:
